SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the text message (SMS) programs offered by M2 Pro Design LLC, doing business as M2 ProDesign. They do not replace any separate agreement for coaching services.

1. Program name and description

M2 ProDesign Texts. Marketing and program texts include information and offers about the M2 90-Day Transformation Program, M2 NextGenFitPro coaching for personal trainers, free guides (such as the M2 Holiday Survival Guide and the M2 Trainer Playbook), trainer webinars, call scheduling and reminders. Coaching texts, for enrolled clients only, include appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, check-ins, program reminders and replies to your questions.

2. How you opt in

You join by entering a mobile number you control on an M2 ProDesign form and actively checking the optional SMS consent box, which is never checked by default. Entering a phone number alone does not enroll you. If we advertise a text keyword (for example, texting HOLIDAY to our number), texting that keyword also opts you in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing texts: up to 8 messages per month (typically up to 6 messages in the first 2 weeks after sign-up, then occasional). Coaching texts are sent as needed for your coaching.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL or OPTOUT. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages from that number unless you opt in again (reply START to rejoin).

6. Help

Reply HELP for help, or email coach@m2prodesign.com.

7. Delivery

Please tell us if your number changes. Delivery depends on your carrier and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

9. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
