THETHE FOUNDATION
You don’t need to arrive as an athlete. You need a starting point, a practical plan and a way to see what’s changing. M2 brings the pieces together.
Your history, goals, schedule and current ability guide the starting plan.
Structured resistance training, exercise guidance and progression matched to your readiness.
Start with Clean House foundations. Build meal structure, preparation and habits, then refine.
An appropriate starting level, effort tracking and progression—not random extra work.
Warm-ups, movement preparation, sleep and recovery. Notice the yellow light and adjust.
Build planning, consistency and follow-through around the realities of your life.
Measurements, body-composition estimates and optional progress photos help make change visible.
Regular check-ins, feedback and adjustments connect your daily work to your longer-term direction.

M2 90-DAY TRANSFORMATION
You don’t have to start lean, fit or competition-ready. Your first phase starts with your current ability, your habits and a plan you can follow.
For someone with substantial weight to lose, the work may continue through several 90-day phases and beyond. We build the foundation, review the Report Card and refine the next phase.
01 / BUILD Establish your food, movement and training routines.
02 / REVIEW Track progress and adjust with your coach.
03 / PROGRESS Continue toward your goal. Advanced training comes when you’re ready.
DIFFERENT STARTING POINTS. INDIVIDUAL PROGRESS.
Selected before-and-after examples from M2’s client archive. The figures shown are individual reported losses across each person’s journey, not a promise for a single 90-day phase.
