M2 ProDesign recent "Questions and Answer's"

I've been receiving a ton of emails lately about the M2 ProDesign Advanced Online Coaching Program from Facebook friends who are ready to give it a shot but had certain questions they needed to clear up first.

Since I keep seeing the same questions pop up again and again, I figured now would be a good time to send out a quick Q&A blog post that addresses the most common ones you people have been asking...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Do I need to join a gym to follow your program?"

While a basic gym membership can be the best choice because of the variety of equipment it provides, the workouts can still be performed at home effectively as long as you have the minimum equipment for your goal.

As a minimum, you'll need to have a set of adjustable dumbbells (and enough weight to allow you to continue progressing over time) and an adjustable flat bench with an incline capability. A doorway pull up bar or “TRX” like strap assembly are also highly recommended.

For those who want to fully maximize their results, a power cage or rack along with a barbell and weight plates would be ideal, though it isn't mandatory since barbell squats can be replaced by other dumbbell combinations or complexes.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"How much time do I need to spend in the gym per week?"

There are several phases or “progressions” to a training program. Phase 1 (for beginners) requires 2-3 weight training workouts per week, Phase 2 (intermediates) requires 3-4, and Phase 3 (advanced) requires 4-5. Each workout will last approximately 60-75 minutes including the warm up.

This is also affected by the “season of life” or age of the program participant and if they've trained before and stopped or are an actual beginner.

Some additional cardio will also be included during the week, though the quantity and intensity depend on your primary goal (muscle gain or fat loss) and how active you are throughout your normal day to day life.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Is the diet plan highly restrictive? Can I still eat foods that I enjoy?"

The idea of “eating clean 24/7” all of the typical boring diet foods is too challenging and a downright counterproductive idea.

You can build muscle and get lean at your maximum potential while enjoying your food at the same time as long as you know how to plan it.

I will personally show you exactly how to get into your very best shape without having to follow any fad diets... you won't need to spend endless hours cooking and preparing extravagant meals... and you can follow the plan and see amazing results while still enjoying controlled amounts of your favorite "cheat foods" on a weekly basis.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Will I need to buy any expensive supplements?"

While some low investment supplements can provide a small extra boost to your results and improve the overall results of your plan, they aren't mandatory and you can still progress at or near your maximum potential without them.

The M2 ProDesign Advanced Online Coaching Program does include a minimal list of "approved" supplements that can be optionally included, but there are no fancy or expensive supplements that must be purchased in order to follow the plan successfully.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"How quickly will I see results?"

When you follow the initial steps in the program, you will notice a clear physical (and mental) difference in as little as 1-2 weeks after beginning.

Results will vary per individual and their level of effort. A typical rate of fat loss will be between 4-8 pounds per month, while a typical rate of muscle growth will be between 1-3 pounds per month for a male beginner and around 1-1.5 pounds per month for a female beginner.

That might not sound like a lot, but it adds up very quickly over the course three to six months.

Also keep in mind that these figures will vary from person to person, with your exact rate of progress depending on your genetics as well as how consistent and focused you are with the program.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Is the program suitable for complete beginners?"

Absolutely. With the endless marketing hype and gimmicks out there in the fitness industry days, beginners will benefit greatly from the honest, no B.S. approach that the M2 ProDesign uses.

Rather than wasting hours trying to sort through all of the confusing information out there, you'll have everything you need to know conveniently packaged into one spot.

Everything is explained in easy-to-understand simple terms without any unnecessary, scientific double talk. And remember, if you have any questions about anything along the way you can reach out to me for help.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"I just turned 55. At my age, can I use the program?"

Definitely not. I’m 56 and I’ll tell you... It's never too late to start. Just because you're a bit older than the average gym-goer does not mean that you can't still achieve great results.

However, do keep in mind that since your body’s natural testosterone levels decline with age, those in the 50-60+ age range will typically build muscle and lose fat at a slower rate than the younger guys and girls will.

That said, as long as you have the proper plan in place and you stick with it, you can build a leaner and muscular body even at 60 years of age and beyond.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"I'm a vegan. Will the M2 ProDesign program still work for me?"

Yes. All of the nutritional information given in regards to calorie intake, macronutrient breakdown, meal timing etc. is applicable to both vegans and non-vegans. Vegans/vegetarians will simply have to utilize their own set of foods in order to meet assigned nutritional targets.

Aside from that, there is really no difference in how a vegan or non-vegan will train or eat for optimal muscle growth and fat loss.

The only thing to keep in mind is that there are no actual step-by-step vegan meal plans included in the program, so the existing plans will be built based on your own individual needs using vegan food items as replacements.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Does this program work for women? I don't want to have manly muscles."

Whether you're a man or a woman, the basic underlying training and nutrition principles are the same.

Many women shy away from heavy weights for fear of becoming "bulky", this is actually one of the most popular myths that contribute to the fears many women have while looking to achieve a lean, toned and athletic looking physique.

Training with weights is the best way to tighten and tone your body effectively, and since women build muscle far more slowly than men due to hormonal differences, the chances of "accidentally" getting too muscular is virtually zero.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"What if I have questions and need help along the way?"

That's what I'm here for. Unlike so many other online fitness coaches and course creators who simply collect your payment and then ignore your follow-up questions, I'll personally stand by you every step of the way and make sure that you're never left confused or wondering about anything.

If you have any technical issues, training/nutrition questions or just plain need some words of encouragement, shoot me an email at any time and I'll get back to you within 24-48 hours.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"What if I give the program a try and am not satisfied with the results?"

The main reasons this program won't work for you is if you don't apply it properly, are not patient or are not consistent with it.

The M2 ProDesign Advanced Online Coaching program has been tested for over 28 years and has been used successfully by thousands of people from all over the world and is based on proven, scientific principles that literally will not fail when followed as outlined.

That said, if for any reason you aren't completely and totally satisfied with the program, just shoot me an email within 30 days and I'll refund your entire purchase on the spot, no questions asked.

I really do care about your success, and I'm only comfortable keeping your payment if you felt that it was truly worth every single penny.
